1. Application and Scope

Stated below is the Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy" “Policy”) of Classo website/mobile application (“Classo”, "Platform", "we", "our" or "us").

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to identify the personal information we may collect, describe how you can review and make changes to that personal information, describe how you can learn about changes to the Privacy Policy, and the choices you have regarding our use of this information.

Please take a moment to review the terms of this Privacy Policy. Your access and use of our Platform are conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms stated herein. If you do not agree with one or more of the terms stated in this Privacy Policy, then your only remedy is to refrain from using our Platform. Should you disagree with this Privacy Policy and still continue to access our Platform and provide your personal information, we disclaim all the liabilities arising therefrom and it shall be assumed by your continued use of the Platform that you have accepted the Privacy Policy and any other online terms and conditions available on the Platform. Aggregated and individual, anonymized and non-anonymized data may periodically be transmitted to external service providers to help us improve the Platform and services.

We may use the individual data and behaviour patterns combined with personal information to provide you with personalized content, and better your learning objectives/experience. Third parties provide certain services which we may use to analyse the data and information you provide to personalize, drive insights and help it better your experience or reach out to you with more value added applications, products, information and services. However, these third party companies do not have any independent right to share this information. We do not sell, trade or rent your Information to any third party unless, we have been expressly authorized by you either in writing or electronically to do so. We may at times provide aggregate statistics about its customers, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third parties, however this information when disclosed will be in an aggregate form and does not contain any of your Personal Information.

We use a payment gateway affiliate to bill users for purchases and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. We use third party service providers, contractors and clients to facilitate the Platform and the services we provide, to help us communicate, or to maintain the Platform, and they may have access to Personal Information. In the event we merge or consolidate with another institution, Personal Information may be transferred to the successor entity. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of eighteen (18). Any person who provides Personal information to us represents that they are 18 years of age or older. Any person under the age of 18 shall be represented by their guardian. If we learn that Personal information is collected from user under 18 years of age without proper representation by guardian then we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

Cookies enable us to learn about what ads you see, what ads you click, and other actions you take on our sites and other sites. This allows us to provide you with more useful and relevant ads.
